Microsoft SPLA Price Increase

We received communication from Microsoft regarding the expected price changes for January 2021.

Programs Impacted – Corporate [SPLA]

Effective January 1, 2021 prices for the following products will increase: 

  • By 5% for Windows Server Standard Core 
  • By 10% for Windows Remote Desktop Services SAL

Datacenter Router Issue

We had an issue with a recently implemented router that wasn't applying its policies properly. This lead to certain malicious traffic being lead through to the CPU, eventually overloading the router.

We've rolled back any changes for customers who were put on this router to mitigate this issue. We will continue troubleshooting the new router out of production.
