Scope of Work

Sequential upgrade of spine switches in Amsterdam, Rotterdam and The Hague to the latest stable Nokia SR Linux release.
Each spine will be taken offline briefly during its upgrade cycle.

Impact

- This is a low-risk, rolling maintenance
- Each spine will experience up to 15 minutes of downtime during its upgrade
- Customers with redundant connectivity (multi-homed to leaf/spine fabric) are not expected to experience service interruption
- Customers with single-corded or non-redundant uplinks (e.g. direct spine connections) may experience brief interruptions during the maintenance window

This maintenance is part of our routine lifecycle management to ensure continued stability, performance, and security of our platform.
