Dear Customer,

In order to provide the best services available to our clients, Accept continually invests in improvements to our data centers and high-availability equipment.

As noted in our Service Order and Master Service Agreement (MSA), Accept increases pricing on an annual basis up to 5% for datacenter services (dedicated and shared).
(Please note that Microsoft licensing fees will increase by 10% as of 01/01/2022.)

Microsoft 365 and Outlook for Windows connectivity

Effective November 1, 2021, the following versions of Outlook for Windows (starting with Outlook 2007, in a phased rollout), will not be able to connect with Office 365 and Microsoft 365 services.

Microsoft SPLA Price Increase [01-2022]

We received communication from Microsoft regarding the expected price changes for January 2022.

Programs Impacted – Corporate [SPLA]

Effective January 1, 2022 prices for the following products will increase: 

  • 10% - Windows Remote Desktop Services CAL
  • 10% - Windows Rights MGMT Services CAL
  • 10% - Windows Server DC Core (2 CoreLic)
  • 10% - Windows Server

We're seeing some packet loss on routes originating over AMS-IX in Amsterdam. We've temporarily disabled all AMS-IX routes, while we troubleshoot this issue.
